A leading real estate company is looking for a senior manager marketing for their firm.
Experience: 6-8 Years
Position: Manager Marketing Communications
Location: Mumbai
The objective of this position is act as the custodian of all marketing related activities for the region which includes coordinating for marketing effort for all projects in the region.
It would broadly encapsulate planning and execution of the marketing plans for each project in active coordination with the central marketing team. It will also include active coordination with project sales team to ensure generation of minimum no of leads, follow up on those leads and data capture. Manager marketing will also be expected to keep a detailed track of competition across various micro markets and apprise the sales team regarding the same.
Qualifications: Postgraduate from a premier B school
Industry: Real Estate
Needs to have experience in handling budgets, ATL/BTL marketing and communications.
