Acme Housing is a leading real estate developer in India. We are looking for a marketing manager to be an integral part of the marketing team.

Qualifications: Any Graduate with an MBA from premier institute

Experience: 3 to 7 years overall experience with preferable some experience in real estate

Reporting: To Head (Sales & Marketing)

Compensation offered: 6 to 10 lakhs p.a

- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote our property, working with creative agencies, advertising and promotion managers.

- Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

- Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction.

- Initiate/conduct market research studies or analyze their findings.

- Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

- Coordinate or participate in promotional activities exhibitions.

- Consult buyers to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand
