Manager - Marketing - Online Payment Space (5-10 yrs)

We are urgently looking out for the candidates for Manager Marketing - Leading Durable Brand - Mumbai.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increase usage of Selfcare portal (online, mobile, ATMs, others) to manage customers account and recharges
Promotion Campaigns : plan & execute campaigns to drive usage through online medium
- Work with 3rd party partners & banks to increase subscriber touch points
- Launch new payment modes for customers
- Increase adoption of online payment modes amongst cash transacting subscribers
- Increase Average recharge values through online recharge promotions with banks and wallets
Skills required :
- Knowledge to online payment space
- Basic understanding of SEO & SEM marketing
- Ability to observe trends, patterns & understand consumer behavior with a view to act accordingly to maximize retention of deactive customers.
