The person will be responsible for creating marketing and communication plans for merchants/ affiliates of client in India. He/ She will create and execute communication campaigns, build & strengthen the brand's merchant value proposition (MVP) over a period of time. He/ She will also create and execute loyalty programs for customers and merchants.  The person is expected to be close to the market, understand the needs of the merchants and consumers to design and execute innovative plans.  Reports to : VP Marketing  Title : Manager; Individual Contributor  Mission :  Drive Affiliate Marketing & loyalty for client in India  Experience:  - The person should have at least 3-5 years- experience in Marketing  - Experience in the B2B service industry in a marketing role would be an added advantage  - It's mandatory to have good analytical skills   - The person should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to work with cross functional teams  - Understanding of the retail environment in India is a must for this role  Key Role & Responsibilities:  - Build and communicate the MVP for business in India  - Conceptualizing & running Consumer & merchant loyalty program  - Analyse needs of merchants and design communication programs  - Work with the sales & affiliate teams to drive business growth  - Anchor one of the key digital initiatives for client in India  Generic Skills & Knowledge:  a.
