Marketing Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the organization
- Responsible for marketing budget plan and meeting organization goals
- Utilize industry and organizational knowledge to develop and execute marketing ideas
- Keeps up-to-date with marketing best practices
- Identify marketing opportunities and develop success strategies to leverage them
- Responsibilities include Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Vendor Management, Media Planning, Channel Marketing, Event Management, Product Marketing, Campaign Management, Market Research, Go-to-Market Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Awareness Campaigns, Demand Generation / Lead Generation Activities, Web Analytics, Web Seminars & Blogs etc.
- Coordinate and review content creation & publishing of newsletters (internal or external), organization's website, and social media pages etc.
- Develop communication roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables and plan unified communication strategies through all mediums of communication to target audience
- Accountable for brand initiatives and provide marketing leadership to all brand building related activities by ensuring brand consistency
- Create brand value by being a business driver and digital catalyst
- Demonstrated ability in Thought Leadership initiatives
Requirements
- MBA with marketing specialization or equivalent
- Graduate with a good command over the English language
- Minimum experience should be 6-8 years in Marketing
- Experience with social media marketing and marketing automation tool is a must
- Very strong written communication skills
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
- A passionate and result oriented marketing, branding and communications professional with hands-on technology expertise in multiple facets of the marketing
- Familiarity in working with any leading technology organization
