Position: Manager - Marketing  Job Location: Hyderabad  Roles & Responsibilities  - The role requires excellent collaborative & business building skills, including the ability to lead by influence and drive overall strategy & vision of the organization  - Conducts investigative research to assess brand image, market share and growth opportunities   - Conceptualizing sales & marketing strategies for B2B business in US, UK, Russia, Australia, South Africa regions  - Undertake cost-benefit analysis of marketing campaigns (pre and post campaign) and coordinate tracking system to monitor roll-out of marketing campaigns   - Planning the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan and should be strong on GTM strategies  - Organizing domain/industry specific trade shows EXPOs  - To perform a market research on the competitors and differentiate our brand  - Develop communication strategies for maintaining positive brand image  - Streamline communication modes and ensuring they meet the corporate brand guidelines  - Designing and conceptualizing events & promotions activities  - Collection and collating of market data and competitor analysis  - Identifying channel partner's and new areas  - Liaison management  Desired Skills  - Minimum 6 years of experience in IT/ITES marketing  - 10+ years and IIM or MBA in international business or sales or marketing  - Work experience in UK, RUSSIA, Australia, South Africa etc. markets.   - Encourage technology, tools and automated processes  - Experience in fast-paced start up environment  - Should possess people management qualities, excellent team building capabilities, motivator and employee development  - Strong and positive attitude person  Functional Skills:  - Demonstrated leadership, managerial presence, negotiation, and persuasion skills  - Analytical rigor (research assessment, business performance data, financial assessments)   - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams  - Strong interpersonal/communications skills  - Timeline/critical path management  - Collaborative, strong team player  - Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders  - Proven success in product management and/or new product development or launches  Experience: 10+ Years  Qualification: IIM or MBA in international business or sales or marketing
