Key Responsibilities of Marketing Manager position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop deep consumer knowledge and share it effectively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders. Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands
- Develops Brand Essence (developed or applied from SBU)
- Delivers tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within brand portfolio
- Deliver, in collaboration with Category / channel and Customer teams, shopper experiences that delight consumers / shoppers. Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers. Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers
- Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands
- Assist in the development of Business Plan. Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and Commercial plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the Strategic Business Plan. Understands business impact and prioritizes Marketing investment of her/his brands.
- Create engaging brand experiences for consumers. Responsible for the development of Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image.
- Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team
