About our Client - Our client is a global and internationally accredit Contract Research Organization. TO become the pioneers in the portfolio they cater to, they are looking to hire a Marketing Manager
Job Description - Reporting to the Director International :
Market analysis :
- Industry trends, Regulatory requirement changes, Client analysis
Competitor analysis :
- Internationally and Indian based
- Strategic Marketing plan for company, vertical, by key countries and regions
- Tactical plan including Targeting and target setting, Promotional activities to be executed by BD team, agents, consultants, and other functions within the company, Conference plan, execution and impact tracking and Preparation of all promotional material (detail aids, leaflets, posters, etc.)
- Press Release
- Engagement of agencies to support all above
Participation in key activities :
- conferences, key clients, etc
- Tracking of results, learning's and improvements with monthly reporting
The Successful Candidate:
- The successful applicant would have at least 5 years of experience in similar Contract Research Organizations. Business degree or Marketing Degree (Master) from a reputable university is a must.
- Overseas working experience in US or EU would be an added advantage.
