We are seeking to Identify Marketing Manager (Consumer Products) Bangalore - Leading MNC company.

Position : Marketing Manager (Consumer Products)

Location : Bangalore

Candidate's Profile : Looking for MBA from Premier Institute post qualification minimum 4 years exp in Consumer Durable Industry.

Role :

- Deliver on Revenue, Gross Margins, Model Mix & MS targets

- Define & manage the Product roadmap for the Indian market

- Conduct reviews and develop plans for competitive pricing

- Create plans for launching & delivering on New Product Introductions (NPI) objectives

- Conceptualize the Go-to-Market (GTM) framework & ensure smooth planning & execution of channel programs & initiatives

- Work with Sales/ SCM team to manage the sales forecasting, product availability, inventory mgmt and other SCM indices.

- Develop and execute product, usage & safety Training initiatives for channel, customers and sales team.

- Create sales/ training tools and collaterals to enable capability development in internal/ external teams

- Plan and execute BTL activities to promote the category & grow MS, manage category A&P budget

- Track competition, markets, channels & suggest competitive strategies to grow business

- Manage relationships with SBU counterparts globally to support India business
