Manager - Marketing Communication - HR Consulting Firm

For five decades our client has partnered with organizations around the world to consult, assess, design, develop, deliver, reinforce, and sustain learning solutions.

As a Marketing Manager you have to Lead and Manage the Marketing Department and your Key Responsibilities include :

- Conduct development planning sessions with direct reports, and obtain appropriate training &development

- Participate in global website management

- Maintain the APAC website and digital marketing initiatives

- Research, select, and implement new marketing tools and approaches to improve company visibility and generate leads across region

- Implement the Campaigns and Leads sections of current marketing tracking tools

- Maintain communication regarding marketing related issues with other parts (i.e., Direct Sales Departments in India or Australia, indirect sales teams in ASEAN, etc)

- Manage planning and operation of Marketing campaigns

- Manage development of new marketing collateral including success stories and best practices

- Stay current on client's products, services, strategies, and technology

- Identify and procure mailing lists and research services in support of sales efforts

- Select, hire, train, and develop new staff as needed

- Find, select, hire, and supervise interns as needed

- Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Desired Profile :

- Degree in Adult Education, Marketing, or Business

- 5+ years experience in sales or marketing, training development

- Excellent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet required

- Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Webex, web research tools preferred

- Ability to build consultative and collaborative relationships internally and externally

- Ability to effectively communicate marketing vision
