As a Marketing Communication Manager, Your Key Responsibilities include :
- Work cross-functionally with leadership team to guide and support the development of mass advertising plans to support the business goals.
- Develop Mass marketing creative for across TV, print, radio, OOH across India.
- Develop accurate projects priorities, schedules and execution of Mass marketing campaigns.
- Manage the relationship with external creative and media agencies and develop innovative and efficient mass media plans.
- Partner cross functionally to develop the annual advertising budgets and plans.
- Develop compelling, relevant strategic input docs and creative briefs for creative development.
- Define creative agencies scope, staffing plan, and production budgets needed to support offline and online Mass advertising plans in India.
- Manage the production process of advertising creative, through both internal and external agencies
- Manage a team of high performers that will help you deliver on aggressive goals
- Ideate, plan and execute events that lead to greater demand generation
Candidate Profile :
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Professional judgment and discretion
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Female Candidates preferred
- Experience in b2b offline marketing is a must
