Manager - Marketing - Cement Manufacturing (3-10 yrs)

Our client, a leading Cement Manufacturing Co looking for 2 Marketing Managers for their West Bengal operation. Details as below;

Position : Marketing Manager

Primary Responsibility : Channel Sales, Logistic, Marketing

Reportees : SO or Sr SO

Superior : State Head

Span of control : 8 to 9 districts in West Bengal

Base location : Kolkata

Qualification : MBA (FT) from Premier and Tier 1 B School only

Experience : 3 - 10 years

CTC budget : 18-24 lacs per annum

KRAs : SALES/PRICING/PROMOTION/DEVLOPING CHANNEL PARTNER/LOGISTIC FOR THIS AREA.

Role : In charge of Sales & Marketing, logistics, Branding, Customer Management, Large Buyer Management, pricing, recruitment, channel expansion, Media Planning & Communication & Annual Budgeting for assigned Districts.

- Initiating the operation from scratch in all mentioned districts.

- Recruitment of Dealer, Sales promoter and C & F agent for all the area. Setting the norms for the remuneration and fixation.

- Setting targets in sales,price,new appointment and NCR.

- Continuous survey for understanding customer requirement and demand and ensuring fast redress of the same

- Logistic solution for the whole area.

- In charge of the concerned district's merchandise & outdoor promo planning & calendar development
