Company : A Start UP which is a mobile based minibus service aimed at making your daily commute more convenient.  Marketing Manager - BTL  KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAS) :   - Responsible for acquisition of new customers across all BTL channels  - Work with Agencies to recruit and maintain quality of promoters  - Ensure proper deployment of promoters to achieve acquisition targets   - Work with branding team to create necessary marketing collaterals for BTL activities  - Work with corporates for activations within office premises  - Ensure optimal CAC and conversion for BTL acquisition  WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :   - 5-7 years of relevant BTL activation experience   - Credit card sales/ E-commerce/ Start up experience preferred not mandatory  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS :  Related Qualification :  DESIRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES :   - Self-Motivated and Organized, should be a team player  - Committed and Detail Oriented  - Punctual and self-disciplined  - Strong understanding of processes  - High on ownership
