Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials

2. Design print ads and online publications, ensure brand messages are consistent

3. Handling ATL & BTL activities.

4. Gather and analyze customer insight

5. Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share

6. Engage consumers on social media

7. Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization

8. Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms

9. Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities

10. Creating and developing a long term plan and strategy for development of the category

11. Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader

Experience: More than 5 Years of prior experience at Managerial level in Media/internet/eCommerce industry

Skills :

1. Strong problem solver with commitment to excellence

2. The ability to analyse and accurate conclusions to support category decisions based on key data is essential

3. Strong people management skills and the ability to manage and persuade at all levels of the company

4. Highly presentable, confident and strong communicator

5. Must be highly motivated and mature in their business dealings

6. Demonstrate capability of being a - Doer- and a - Thinker

7. A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as a part of the team

Qualification : MBA in marketing from reputed institute

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
