- This key member of the Marketing Operations organization will play a critical, hands-on role in supporting Company' internal Marketing & Sales key stakeholders as it relates to the implementation and integrations of Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation and salesforce.com.  - This role reports to the head of Marketing Automation & Campaign Management and will be responsible for day-to-day operations to include executing and maintaining the configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance, and overall health of Company's Eloqua Marketing Automation tool including impacts on Salesforce.com and other integrated solutions.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :   - A successful candidate will require a passion for business process improvement, proven experience and a thorough understanding of B2B Marketing Automation (Eloqua) and salesforce.com processes, interactive technologies & database structures including strong analytical and teamwork transition skills within in a fast-paced dynamic environment.   - This position will be accountable for the implementation, integration and support of marketing technology solutions and applications, adoption of best practices, and continuous business process improvements.  Job Function & Responsibilities :  - Provide overall programming and technical support for Company's Eloqua Marketing Automation system, along with guidance on the impacts to the business  - Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration to the Eloqua tool  - Act as the first line of defense for proactive system monitoring (check daily reports and failed calls), as well as reactive problem resolution management  - Responsible for technical design activities to support business requests and work closely with teams to define, plus implement new functionality and product features  - Provide feedback, guidance, and expertise to functional marketing team members and key stakeholders on business needs/requirements  - Execute unit testing and support user acceptance testing for programs written in Eloqua  - Update field integrations between Eloqua, SalesForce.com CRM and CMS as needed.  - Responsible for managing the underlying data inputs / structures that impact the Marketing Automation system in order to scale and perform reliably  - Implement programs to populate/cleanse data fields as needed.  - Work closely with key internal stakeholders and Salesforce.com CRM team to develop customized reports to validate data loads and lead flow.   - Assist in the creation of dashboards that meet the specialized needs of end-user marketing clients to facilitate quick insights to further improve future campaign performance.  - Maintain general Eloqua housekeeping standards such as managing, auditing, and overseeing directory folder structures and asset naming consistency (segments, campaign names, canvases, reports, basic page tagging, etc.) as well as manages the creation of new segments and campaign canvases;   - Drive Marketing Automation Governance committee meetings with marketing stakeholders to review proposed system/policy changes.  - Provisioning of Eloqua accounts (username / password) to internal BMC marketing clients in need of access in order to manage, execute, and report on marketing efforts launched out of the Eloqua Marketing Automation tool.   - Provide direct training to new internal users of the tool, as well as provision training/ support services provided by third parties.  Desired Skills & Experience :  - Minimum of 2-3 years of Administration experience with Oracle Eloqua,additional related Marketing Cloud Products are a plus  - Salesforce.com implementation and administration experience  - Solid understanding of web technologies, relational databases and multi-tier applications  - Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner  - Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines  - Ability to extract and analyze data out of Oracle Eloqua and salesforce.com for troubleshooting and reporting  - Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, and reconcile conflicts.  - Ability to translate user requests into underlying system needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements  - Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels including senior management at the Sr. Director and VP level  - Proven ability to communicate and build long term relationships with a diverse set of cross-functional business partners at all levels within the organization to partner, influence, negotiate and gain commitment to accomplish shared business goals while demonstrating a customer-oriented focus.  - Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within a fast-paced matrixed environment  Education/Training Preferred :  - Eloqua and salesforce.com experience is Required  - Preferred - Oracle recognized certification Oracle Marketing Cloud E10  - MS Office Suite - high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access   - Experience with database management applications a plus.
