Job Description for Marketing Analytics Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an analytics, strategy consulting, database marketing, or other quantitative role
- Working knowledge on statistical analysis skills / R and SAS to build statistical models.
- Data and SQL skills
- fluent in the use of R and SAS to build statistical models
- Individual contributor role, no team handling.
- Own portfolio of projects and work directly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve problems
- Strong understanding of various statistical modelling and data analysis methodologies
- Robust experience in data mining and SQL programming knowledge
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the financial services industry or business-to-business (B2B) organisation
- Experience with BI reporting tools such as Business Objects
- Knowledge of visualisation tools, such as Tableau
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
