Manager - Marketing Analytics - BFSI (3-6 yrs)

Role Summary/Purpose The role is a part of Marketing Analytics team for SBI Credit Cards. Summary of the role includes:

1. Marketing Campaign Management for SBI Credit Card

2. Campaign Analytics and Presentation

3. Business stakeholder management

4. Campaign documentation and Workflow management

Essential Responsibilities:

- Define and execute portfolio and program analytics, data pulls, file generation, testing etc. to support all assigned marketing initiatives. Understands and documents the marketing campaign management process. Maintains an updated inventory of parameters in the system

- Responsible for deployment, execution and housekeeping of all the marketing campaigns. Enhances and maintains the campaign management systems from accuracy and completion perspective

- Analyze the portfolio to identify marketing opportunities and segmentation & targeting strategies.

- Drive process improvement in Campaign Management system to support program execution and reporting/analysis.

- Assist marketing and client teams analytic requests and produce monthly dashboard reporting on performance.

- Manage workflow and on time delivery of all requests for reports, ad hoc analysis, program results, modeling, targeting and segmentation strategies. Proactively finds opportunity to develop mistake proofing through campaign policy enforcement

- Work with Analytic leader to prioritize initiatives and manage expectations.

- Develop campaign analysis, presentations and program report outs for marketing campaigns and initiatives including strategic recommendations and cost/benefit analysis and present to the team

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Energizing, Positive, Self starter & Proactive

- Good communication skills with matured thought clarity

- Ability to respond at short notices and deal with ambiguous environment

- Proficiency in MS-Office.

- Good knowledge of SQL

- Good understanding of marketing campaigns and concepts

- Engineering/MBA/MCA

- Exposure to portfolio analytics

Desired Characteristics:

- Ability to provide end-to-end analytic support including pulling data, preparing analysis, interpreting data, making strategic recommendations and presenting to the client.

- Relationship management skills with internal customers and external clients.

- Ability to clearly explain technical and analytical information (verbally, written & in presentation format) and apply/summarize for business use.

- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.

- Financial services and or retail industry experience.

- Qualification in Mathematics, Statistics, Database Marketing or Quantitative Analysis preferred.
