Manager - Manufacturing Excellence - Corporate Role - Process / MFG Industry

- Overall responsibility of Functioning of factory ME and compliance of job under corporate ME & guidelines & self initiatives.

- Responsibility for execution, monitoring, evaluation, improvement & training of all the activities related to ME in Plant

- Responsible for streamlining and driving all the activities in the Plant.

- Responsible to assist Plant for solving all the doubts/problems related to TPM.

- Responsible for identifying training need, review of the training imparted for the effective implementation of TPM.

- Responsible for conducting monthly audits to analyze the GAP in achieving different TPM levels.

- Responsible for Changes/Modification in process/SOP/ work practices for effective implementation of TPM.

- Responsible to make report related to ME and send to HO.

- Responsible to give feedback related to monthly progress of ME in the plant to HO.

- Responsible for conducting ME review meetings at plant.

- Responsible for coordinating with different Plant Pillar champion and review progress w.r.t to Plant Pillar activities.

- Responsible for monitoring KPI trend and review its progress.

Candidate Requirement :

- B.E / MBA will be an added advantage

- Should have a strong bent on Manufacturing Excellence Side & Business Side

- Should have handled 2 / 3 plants with some corporate role exposure in M.E

- Candidates from Process Industry / Manufacturing Industry can apply

- Should be a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma its mandatory
