Job Title : Manager - Corporate Finance (India Business)  Job Location : Mumbai   Shift Timings: 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm (UK Shift with Cab)  Reporting to the Financial Controller; you would be responsible for :   - Analysis of Financial Statements, Accounting, business transactions and analysis of the same.   - Preparing financial reports for the management team of India business and controllers of all operating companies globally to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements, accounts, business transactions and related submissions.  - Consolidating the annual budget by ensuring regular management discussions on functional budgets, costs & spends and submission to the group for monthly review and controls.  - Ensuring adhere to the financial standards.   - Annual Budgeting for the organisation.   - Building cost control strategies for the organisation.   - Stakeholder and Team Management.   An ideal candidate :   - CA qualified (1st/ 2nd attempt) 2007,2008,2009  - Diploma in IFRS  - 6 - 9 years of experience in corporate function of a Multinational business in India preferably in BFSI in Finance and Accounting functions  - Atleast 2 years of experience handling a small size team 3-5 team members  - Very strong accounting concepts  - Worked in offshoring environment in global organization  - Bachelors/ Masters degree in Finance functions  - Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills  If this is you, please apply for this role and i will come back to you on your handphone.
