With the new wave in Big Data, they are investing in growing their Big Data Analytics presence amongst their clients and building a global capability across offices. They are thus looking for a Senior professional in the Machine Learning & Algorithm designing space.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Practice Head, you will be responsible for:

- Developing Algorithms and Models in the Big Data environments

- Developing Solutions and Executing Analytical projects using Machine Learning/Text Mining algorithm and methodologies.

- Ensuring Team Building and Capability Development for Big Data Analytics

- Becoming Subject Matter Experts in machine learning & algorithm designing.

- Defining direction, identifying and procuring skills required to deliver the Engagement satisfactorily.

- Developing thought leadership in solution design and delivery.

- Delivering projects within budget and time by involving in the projects as a technology specialist

- Will support business to drive stronger data driven decision making

- Would be responsible to build complex algorithms that drive better online personalization and search

- You will innovate, design, analyze, evaluate, architect, implement and tune complex algorithms and Machine Learning models operating on large sets of data in collaboration with various stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant:

As a successful candidate you should have:

- A good mix of statistics & big data exposure

- Comfortable in open source coding languages

- Hands on experience on projects to prove the candidate’s credibility.

- Execution focused

- Background knowledge on Search, machine learning

- Strong in communication will be an added benefit as well

- Having worked in a web search related company is a plus. Educational background in Machine Learning or related field are preferred.

- Strong background in marketing
