- Designing and standardizing processes for purchase of land in bulk.

- Involved in negotiating of purchase of land.

- Liaison with Advocates and local authorities like Sub Registrar, Revenue Patwaries etc

- Handling a team of Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar, Patwaries and other staff to supervise & ensure the smooth & efficient handling of litigation, liaison and coordinating the same with the local authorities & lawyers.

- Evaluation of Revenue Record and conducting a thorough due diligence for all deals and transactions, Legal Audit of Search Report by Advocates.

- Analyzing revenue record from all possible angles and suggesting remedial steps so as to perfect the title before buying the land.

- Rendering legal advice for planning the business restructuring.

- Analyzing investigations made by divisions and suggesting improvements to management.

- Involved in negotiating & finalizing terms & conditions of contracts, settlement agreements.

- Interface with advocates and solicitors on behalf of company to handle litigation, obtain legal advice and legal services.
