Manager - Legal & Taxation - Industrial/Mfg

We have an urgent opening of Manager - Legal & Taxation for Delhi Location with one of our reputed client in the Industrial product manufacturing company (MNC)

Prerequisite:

- Qualification: Company Secretary

- Years of Experience: 8 -10 years’ post qualification working experience into corporate Finance role

- Industry: Open to any industry background./ Preference given to Manufacturing/ Industrial products.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to Handle Corporate matters and corporate compliance

- Practical experience in dealing with legal matters like reviewing the contracts, Terms & Conditions for various tenders and legal Matters

- Practical Knowledge of indirect taxation like returns, VATS, Taxation, Service Tax and Tax Assessment Etc.

- Independent handling of reporting to senior management as and when required

- Practical Knowledge in MS office and ERP Module

People Development:

- Manage a team of 3-4 Team members as direct Reportee

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
