This is a Non Litigation Legal Profile part of the Project Finance Department.  Looking for a Qualified LLB professional from Reputed and Top Ranked Law Colleges/Institutes in India  Should have experience in :  - Extensive experience and understanding in Debt & Structured Finance Transactions  - General Advisory for any on going issues or provide regulatory updates from Time to time.  - Drafting reviewing debt and Structured Debt  - Strong understanding of Security related laws and processes, banking regulations and SARFAESI, Companies Act, FPI/FVCI regulations  - Interaction with internal and external stakeholders, borrowers for various syndicated, structured and project financing deal.   - Advising team in statutory obligations while keeping the interests of company in mind.  Preference :  - Candidates worked in BFSI sector or Financial Institutions with Legal experience in Security Management, Loan Documentations etc.
