Worked for international clients outside India.   Closed business deals in the US or in the UK.  Deal in E commerce would be a real plus.  Takes full responsibilities for all legal issues / matters and helps in sorting them out.  Has adequate knowledge of law in the US and UK.  Identifies business objectives of licensing / consulting transactions, related issues, and facilitates risk/benefit analysis.  Reviews, drafts and negotiates major account agreements, consulting agreements, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms and amendments for customers located in Europe and US  Drives contract life cycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution.   Manages contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input.  Maintains a deep understanding of Autodesk contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company position on various matters.  Prepares contracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations;  Translates complex commercial/legal scenarios into simple language and action plans.  May mentor and train less experienced contract professionals.  May work under the direction of other department staff (particularly Autodesk Regional / Vertical Attorneys) or directly with business stakeholders.
