Manager - Legal  - Handling day to day legal matters of the company.  - Liasoning with the Legal consultants and advocates of the company.  - Handle pending Legal cases in court.  - Filing of new legal cases under the applicable provisions of low both Civil and Criminal.  - Handling of sending Legal Notices to customer defaulting payments and supplier breaching the contracts.  - Handling employee related legal matters.  - Preparing legal agreements and contracts for the company in consultation with the Corporate Legal team in US.  - Validating the legal documents, Tender documents clauses.  - Should possess good communication skill.  - Should be fluent in Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
