Looking for Manager Legal for a Leading Telecom Operator

Designation : Manager Legal

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 7+

Qualification : LLB or any equivalent degree in law.

KRA's include:

Litigation Matters:

- Handling cases before Supreme Courts, High Courts and other Courts / Tribunals / Regulatory Authorities for resolving critical legal issues involved in civil, criminal, corporate, property, etc.

- Preparing & drafting claims for arbitration and handling the same in arbitration proceeding for & on behalf of companies.

- Attending proceedings encompassing writ petitions, appeals, recovery suits, complaints, applications in civil and criminal codes, winding up petitions, bail and anticipatory bail applications, Alternate Dispute resolutions (ADR) etc.

Legal and Regulatory Compliances:

- Ensuring legal/ statutory and regulatory compliance of laws by the company in its day to day activities of business and also advising on the new and change of legislation touching the business as and when required.

- Conceptualize Compliance Mechanism and manage legal compliances effectively.

Legal Documentation and contract Management:

- Drafting and vetting contracts, agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and license deeds and many other related documents; drafting and registration of sale deeds, lease deeds etc. Before the concerned registration office.

- Handling due diligence of title search of properties.

- Drafting legal notices, suits, appeals, writ petitions, written statements, applications, review, revision and their replies, etc.

- Looking after notarizations of documents based on requirement, handling proper stamp duty payments /purchase of stamp papers and maintaining proper record for the same.
