About this company:  Client of Abanel Management Consulting Private Limited- upcoming player in the Value Homes Segment based out of Bangalore-HSR Layout.  Job description:  - Legal diligence and compliance of the business - on acquisition, execution and transfer of real estate assets, corporate legal compliance.  - Coordinate with external lawyers on various legal processes, legal opinions, Title verification, legal proceedings, legal due diligence's  - Legal documentation, creation of Legal folder for each project  - Ensure safe keeping of land records, documentations, and legal documents  - Manage and resolve customer queries on legal issues  - Assist Sales and CRM teams in resolving legal related documentation  - Coordinate and get (from external legal consultants) contracts and agreements such as Sale Deed, Agreement to Sell, Deed of Assignment, Power of Attorney, Indemnity Bond, Mortgage Deed, charge creation / release documents, MOUs, Joint Development Agreements, Sharing Agreements, Confirmation Deeds, Association formation documents and such other related documents.  - Manage external advocates and legal consultants by providing necessary details, information and documents in order to fulfill due diligence and queries  - Dealing with Government Authorities such as Sub-Registrar, Revenue Authorities etc. for various transactional requirements  - Coordinate / liaise with financial institutions, Banks for property release documentation, charge / mortgage related documentation and project approvals, if any.  - Provide necessary documents and particulars for conducting land surveys  - Manage legal / documentation processes for authority sanction plan processes, betterment charges / conversion processes, if any.  - Prepare and present updates and reports on progress at periodic intervals  - Manage the entire legal function of the Group in a proactive manner, ensure and secure Company's legal and ownership interests.  - Any other function as and when assigned  Desired Skills and Experience:  - LLB: Mandatory  - 6-8 years experience in Law  - Real estate residential projects experience - mandatory (3-4 years)  - Current assignment would be in a estate development company.  - Kannada fluency desirable  - Female candidates preferred
