Manager - Legal - LLB - Real Estate

Work Profile:

- In house legal counsel to handle legal work for all group companies.

- Group company businesses include real estate, natural stone trading, travel, shipping and investment banking.

- Drafting company contracts such as lease agreements, agreement for sale, sale deed, confidentiality agreements, collaboration agreements, marketing agreements etc.

- Managing IPR registrations for the group companies.

- Coordinating with external lawyers for ongoing litigations for any of the group companies

- Drafting of submissions, applications and plaints for litigations of group companies and having these settled with external lawyers.

- Attending litigation hearings along with external lawyers.

- Overseeing compliance of various regulations for all group companies

- Overseeing implementation of HR policies and contracts for employees across all companies. Ensuring compliance of all HR laws and regulations for all employees

- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses for queries as may be raised from time to time.

Professional Qualification:

- LLB, preferably from a reputed full time law college - either of 3 years or 5 years LLB is fine.

Desired experience:

- Minimum overall experience of 4-5 years

- Experience in real estate related agreements - sale deed, agreement to sell, lease deeds

- Litigation experience - preferably real estate related litigation

- Experience in corporate compliances

- Good hands on knowledge of laws including transfer of property act, stamp duty, CPC, companies law etc.

Personal Skill sets:

- Good Communication skills

- Fluent in English

- Good drafting and proof reading skills

- Proficient in use of computers - MS Office

- Good time management skills

- Willing to travel out station as per work requirement

- Willing to work long hours as per work requirement

- Self-driven and willing to take initiatives

- Result oriented approach
