Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM - Real Estate/Telecom

Will be responsible for the complete legal documentations and compliances under various commercial laws.

Job Description

- Reviewing / drafting various agreements with customers and vendors.

- Preparing agreements with business associates for new projects / business opportunities.

- Coordinating with the external legal advisors as and when required on all legal matters.

- Issuing power of attorney to concerned person on behalf of the company as and when required.

- Defending cases of cheque bouncing, consumer disputes, money recovery, infringement of trade marks.

- Documents for taking commercial premises on rent and lease.

- Application for mining lease/license and compliances with respect to mining operations

- Application for registration of new trade marks, copy right, renewal of marks at national and international level.

- Close watch on resembling marks and opposition to the same.

- Assignments of trade marks.

- Application for grant of Patent in consultation with trade mark attorneys. Co-ordination with technical staff and attorney.

- Compliances and updating requirements of Legal Metrology Act.

- Compliances and updating requirements of - Intellectual Property Rights-

Requirements -

LLB / LLM with 4-5 years of total post qualification.

Preferably person having experience in litigation in district court/ high courts

Should be fluent in - Legal Drafting- and should be able to handle the communication with Top Management independently.
