We are hiring for leading NGO based at Santacruz Mumbai.  Profile :  Developing and amending NGO's policies on human resources, corporate governance or regulatory affairs and ensuring compliance with applicable law.   - Identifying potential legal problems within the organization and developing strategies to reduce potential areas of risk.   - Drafting, negotiating and finalizing grant agreements, contracts with donors, non-profits, service providers or other third parties. Managing all correspondence requiring legal inputs.   - Preparing contracts for internal review and approval and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable law.   - Providing updates and reports to the internal committees, partners and the Board on a regular basis on relevant legal issues   Candidate Requirement :  - Minimum 5-12 years of experience as a corporate lawyer or an in-house legal counsel. Lawyers with experience working with non-profit organizations will be preferred.   - Bachelors' degree in Law (LLB), ideally qualified as a company secretary .  Must be from Good organization and college
