As part of the Legal team for the bank, you shall be responsible for:

- Drafting and Vetting of various Documents, Memorandum of Understanding and Agreements related to Bank's various business & products.

- Drafting and Vetting of Lease Agreement of Bank's premises, Tripartite Agreements with Builders and Borrowers, Business Facilitator Agreement, Business Correspondent Agreement, Agreement for engagement of Enforcement Agents, Non Disclosure Agreements.

- Drafting of Legal Notice, Reply of Legal Notices and customer complaints, representations and replies for statutory authorities requiring legal advice and assistance. etc.

- Authorized for permitting Branches to file Recovery Suits/miscellaneous suits after vetting of the relevant documents.

- Monitoring progress in all legal matters to ensure timely action;

- Coordinating with panel Counsels/Advocates for update on the matters attended.

- Analyzing and sharing the legal views on current business practices with the Management.

- Provide training to various departments on relevant laws pertaining to banking and current trends of litigation

- Advising on stamp duty applicable in various states on loan related documents

Desired Profile :

- You are a LLB with 3 - 8 years of experience with Sound experience in the regulatory field or equivalent relevant legal experience.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Good judgment enabling the provision of sound advice in difficult areas of law, regulation and practice and the proactive management of compliance and regulatory risk
