Location : Dahisa/Bandra.  Company : Leading NBFC  Minimum Experience : 5+ Years  Salary : Upto 15LPA (Depending on the previous exp and last drawn)   Job Responsibilities :  - Legal Compliance of statutory obligations required to minimize the risk faced by the company and ensuring all legal compliance is duly complied.  - Keep abreast of the current legislations and judicial pronouncements concerning the working of the company and to disseminate the same to other members of the group.  - Draft documents in cases where the mandate for such drafting has been taken by the company  - Ensure and confirm the audit compliance is duly complied as per policy, and maintain a check point of completion of quality audit compliance.  - Attend Trainings and educate and evaluate the proficiency levels of the team on a regular basis.  - Maintain Quality Turn around Time for the legal evaluation process.  - To guide and instruct subordinates of the group in performance of their assigned duties  - Coordinating with other departments in the company to ensure compliances, and conferencing with statutory authorities and other regulatory bodies as and when required  - Responsible for proper documentation executed by the company with various vendors, and other service providers.  - APS compliance, retail loans co-coordinating with operations/credit and compliance team coordinating central legal team, maintaining records and MIS.  - People Management and Handling team  Contact on 09039648111
