We are hiring a Program Manager for global multi billion fortune 500 conglomerate client based out of Mumbai.

The client has a wholesome leadership learning institute-an ISO certified organisation which is constantly reaching out and spreading the culture of learning in the Group. It is conceived as a one-stop learning solution provider, which helps various businesses meet their knowledge requirements and promotes a culture of self-learning.

Role: Program manager

Reports to: program director

Requirement: Candidates from top MBA colleges with minimum 2 yrs exp in training and development (leadership learning)

Responsibilities:

Support the Program Director for the delivery of select learning events:

1. Gather requirements of multiple stakeholders and link it to the overall plans of the Group and Business strategy and goals

2. Do research / read / interact with different people to develop understanding & perspective on the subject.

3. Get a sign off on the need analysis and learning objectives

4. Create broad outline of the course.

5. Draw macro design of the learning intervention - Objectives structure, instruction strategy, pre - during - after interventions etc). Ensure the design will deliver the intended and agreed learning objectives.

6. Search and select the appropriate faculty / learning partner to deliver the learning design.

7. Ensure appropriate nominations are received from the Businesses.

8. Ensure the delivery of the learning event as per the design by strict adherence to the pre, during and post learning plan by following the GLEAM (Group Learning Excellence and Application Model) standards.

9. Observe the delivery of the program in the class room and provide feedback to the Program Director.

10. Ensure implementation of post program action plan on sustained learning.

11. Review course feedback to modify course structure methods of delivery and selection of appropriate faculty for future programs.

12. Leverage on technology for learning effectiveness (pre, during and post program).

13. Measure Business impact of the learning events.
