Job Description :
- Responsible for Quality, Training and Knowledge Management Functions.
Design and implement the quality management framework w.r.t :
- Process of auditing customer interactions.
- Process audit to identify business continuity risks
- Coaching and feedback for failures reported in audits.
- Quality reporting of quality analysis measurement and trends.
- Working with business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within business.
- Designing a solution which includes blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning and e-learning.
- Train the trainers and define and track the process and metrics related to induction training, refresher and intervention based training.
- Carry out tests and other certifying mechanisms to periodically monitor and upgrade the skill and knowledge levels of the people in support and operations.
- Continuously innovate
- Ensure that KBs and all instructional material are designed and prepared as per training standards.
- Partnering with cross functional teams for providing sign-off for the product release check list.
- To create an optimum and robust team for the Quality and Knowledge management functions - so that work progresses smoothly and without hiccups at all times
- Exhibit exemplary leadership in thought, work ethics, ownership and alignment to Pharmeasy goals
- To clearly define roles for each member of the L & D team, and carry out appraisals in a manner prescribed by HR
- To ensure a culture of integrity, professional work ethics and a healthy competitive spirit across the team, at all times
- To ensure that every individual & every action in the User Experience team is aligned to the vision, mission & goals of the company.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
