Location for the role is Mumbai but will involve extensive travel outside Mumbai as part of the accomplishing the responsibilities.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :  The role will be leading and managing the Learning & Development efforts for the organization, across levels and functions & Geographies  Primary Responsibilities :  - Designing, developing and implementing a capability-based training framework for various roles in the organization   - Contribute in content development for business training   - Deliver/ Conduct Business Trainings  - Leading the efforts of Sales Capability Development to improve productivity and engagement   - Tie ups with various consultants to deliver business training  - Role will involve extensive travel outside Mumbai  CANDIDATE PROFILE:  - MBA in Human resources from a reputed Institute  - 4-7 years of experience in handling Learning & Development function in a Sales/Lending business environment
