Job Description:
1) Driving complete Learning and Development initiatives.
2) Training need diagnosis.
3) Training Content designing and delivering training programs.
4) OD initiatives and Change management.
5) Skill matrix and competency management.
6) Need to scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of the development initiatives.
7) Managing external vendors and training Operations.
Desired profile of the Candidate
1) Hands on experience on handling the Human Resources & Training function in the Manufacturing sector /process industry.
2) Should have experience of developing & anchoring development programmes personally
3) Should be exposed and experienced in contemporary learning & development initiatives including that of scientific evaluation and enhancement of effectiveness
4) Excellent communication, superior Inter- personal skills and high networking skills
5) Should have high analytical & decision making skills
6) Ability to keep people inspired and engaged.
