Manager - Learning & Development - Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities :

- Actively support in driving the implementation LMS platform across the group

- Lead the feedback generation of current LMS Implementation & incorporate the same for implementation with group companies

- As part of the LMS Project Team, actively liaison & work with support functions, LMS Service Provider, Portal designers for a complete & seamless experience

- Offer support in Trouble shooting with the help of IT, support functions & LMS Service provider during LMS Implementation & post implementation too

- Build the Brand Equity for LMS & e-learning and popularize the same across the Group in coordination with Sector representatives

- Spear-head, sustain and expand E-Learning offerings including HMM

- Enable domain capability building of employees in the Group related to the scope and structure of the Learning Academy.

- End to end ownership including Academy meeting management & discipline, program management, development of curriculum for offerings based on Instructional Design methodology, driving employee driven offerings, enabling internal faculty development for the Academy

- Support in Need identification, prioritization & validation for the Academy

- Provide support in creation of Academy Roadmap for the Academy

- Support in measuring impact of offerings thro Academy scorecard

- Continuous Benchmarking & Research to provide the latest & cutting edge capabilities

Candidate Profile :

- Candidate must be an MBA in HR (2 year full time), pass-out between 2010 & 2012 batch

- Candidate must have relevant experience in implementation of LMS.
