Manager - Learning & Development - IT Services (7-12 yrs)
We have an excellent opportunity with one of the leading IT Services company in Mumbai.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction to the organization's Learning & Development, Talent management, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement, design and execute initiatives to support the business needs.
- Drive Organization Development initiatives with specific focus on culture, diversity, values, ethics
- Coach managers and supervisors to develop their people management capability
- Attrition Management : Arresting voluntary attrition, taking exit interviews, sharing analysis and action plan with BU leadership team and managers.
- Lead and contribute to regional HR initiatives
- Effective vendor management.
