Manager - Learning & Development (Only Mumbai Based Candidate Apply)  Functional Experience Requirements  Experienced in training / learning function, either in-house or within a specialist training function especially behavioural areas.  Experienced in diagnostic and in carrying out Learning Needs Analysis  Skilled in designing training / learning modules / courses  Must have delivered/facilitated a variety of training sessions from stand up presentation to feedback sessions  Should have carried out evaluations of learning programs and should be aware about measuring training effectiveness  Should have worked / handled Liasoning with specialist / Learning Partners who supply learning services  Should be excellent in Project Management skills and Stakeholder Management skill  Execution experience in assignments of Organisation Development  Execution experience in HRD diagnostics and Tools  Experience in Talent Management exercises & initiatives Planning  Excellent in Communication- drafting / creative writing, related IT skills  Familiarity with AC / DC planning & execution  Exposure to PMP & S is preferred  Key Responsibilities :   Identifying learning and development needs within BIL through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers / Stakeholders  Design and develop learning and development programs based on the BIL's needs in light of Business Growth imperatives and Competency development  Considering the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets - assess the return on investment of any learning and development programs  Create and contribute to Collaborative work and team environment to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, including line managers and senior managers.  Create orientation plan for learning to create Individual Learning and Development plans  Create learning content, materials for in-house programs as well as build the requirement framework from BIL's side while dealing with Learning Partners.  Managing the delivery of learning and development programs  Create Learning Effectiveness and sustenance process and Monitor and review the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with managers  Support VP HR in driving Employee Development and Skills Enhancement Pans  Collaborate with Engagement and PMS vertical  Ensure creation of Learning MIS month and month of basis. TM and OD dashboard as per the process cycle.  Ensure review and updating L& OD processes  Assist VP HR in creation of Talent Management Process Guidelines / Policy  Create Talent Pool data and bring innovative practices for building bench strength  Bring in the best Talent Management practices to introduce to Management and for Stakeholders buy in  Assist to build Stakeholder Relationship for implementation of succession planning process  Assist in creating employee communication enhancement and culture building practices  Create and update, OD and TM related market competent agency list  Create Dashboards every month end for OD and Talent Management processes performance.  Create trend analysis of OD & TM every quarter for BIL and market intelligence data every month end for Monthly HR review for OD and TM  Carry out update of SOP of processes designed.  Salary offered: 7 - 12 LPA
