Job Profile   - Function as L & D consultant to Business Heads, partner with Engagement managers to understand their learning and development requirements, help plan and implement learning solutions that address their needs   - Help define L & D goals that align with the business goals and strategy, and execute learning initiatives   - Work collaboratively with Head L&D & HR Business Partners to implement training plans in the engagements, drive performance and career management initiatives through individual development plans   - Measure effectiveness and outcome of training solutions   - Assist in the content development process and help design training modules focused on defined competencies and requirements   - Help identify and manage vendors from the market for niche learning requirements   Key Relationships:   - Reporting to Head L&D   - BU Heads, Engagement Head, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Other HR and support functions   - Training participants   - Vendors   Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in L & D
