Leading Management Consulting company having Global presence is looking for  Manager - Learning & Development  Location : Gurgaon  Learning Specialist Lead will help the Technology group manage high growth by being responsible for the professional growth and development of new associates plus support the on-going development of all the members of this group.   The position will report to the Global L&ED Leads and work closely with the business technology stakeholders and will have the following responsibilities :  Responsibilities :  - Planning, organizing & imparting quality training to employees as per the business requirements of the organizations & monitor the process of measuring effectiveness of learning interventions  - Developing Training solutions based on analysis in collaboration with the stakeholders to build the capability of the team to help achieve the organizational goals   - Periodic Review and Evaluation of Training interventions with matrices through Performance consultation with Heads for gap analysis, execution progress and impact.   - The Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall Learning Curriculum strategy and Learning Roadmap  - This role will partner with the technology group across all offices, for their intensive   - Bootcamp program and Curriculum  - Lead the design, development timeline, and implementation plans of key curriculum areas. Establish customized measurement strategies on solutions  - This role will identify, partner & plan for designing & developing courses/ sessions as required with external vendors  Job Requirements :   - Minimum Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree/MBA highly preferred)  - 7-12 years relevant work experience, multinational/global professional services   - Demonstrated ability to establish and manage large scale learning technology   - Demonstrated ability to manage individuals and teams  - Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office team
