Job Description

- As Manager, Learning and Development in India, you will support and enable the overall talent mission to serve the needs of my client by developing and implementing learning and development solutions to increase individual and team performance within our India offices.

What will your essential responsibilities include:

- Drive 70 / 20 / 10 development model within my client

- Ensure alignment of my client initiatives with enterprise-wide development strategy

- Implement and facilitate enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives within my client

- Work closely with the business and HRMs to identify training, team facilitation and coaching needs

- Design and maintain a library of developmental resources

- Drive usage of e-learning solutions

- Assess multiple methods of training delivery for most impactful and cost effective solution

- Maintain advisory/consultative relationships with people in subject-matter expert areas/centers of excellence and other key stakeholders that provide input to or deliver training and development

- Manage vendor relationships, including budgets, timelines, and quality of end products

- Continuously evaluate developmental activities and resources, including the process of evaluating instructor performance, to determine their effectiveness in meeting stated department and/or organizational goals and objectives.

- The ideal candidate will have had substantial and proven track record for developing and implementing leading-edge learning initiatives where there has been transformational impact and outcomes. This business experience will have been gained in an organization or consulting firm known for excellence in learning and development at all levels. These experiences will have been exposed to best practices companies known for excellence in learning and development. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

You will report to of HR for India, with a dotted line to VP Talent Development.

- Change Catalyst: Influencing and creating the business case to win buy-in for development initiatives.

- High Energy: Drive for results; engage team in the journey

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in this field is required.
