The position is based with a shared Services

Key Skills: People Development, Training Need Analysis, Competency Profiling, Content Development & Customization, eLearning Management, Training Delivery, Vendor Management, Team Management, Employee Engagement

Job Role:

- Conduct Competency Audits, Training Need Analysis and Market Studies as per Divisional requirements.

- Conduct Periodic Assessment Centers to analyze & ensure Knowledge & Skill retention

- Content Development, Customization, & validation as per TNA & Business needs

- Management & Promotion of the Online Learning Portal (CAP - Canon Achievers Platform)

- Forecast, Execute, Outsource & coordinate Learning & Development activities (Classroom as well as OJT) as per the Training Tree & Organization needs

- Vendor Management - For Employee Engagements, Training programs & Learning tools development

- Implementing Pre & Post Training tracking mechanisms to analyze Learning Effectiveness

- Ensure Goal achievement through Effective TEAM Management & Leadership Skills

- Heading the L&D function for Bangalore office

- Managing a team of trainers

- Identify Training needs and build a training calendar for the organization (Soft skills, Domain and Technical trainings

- Analysis, design, develop, implement and evaluate the training content

- Track SLA compliance for each business entity and governance of the same

- Develop internal training initiatives and coordinate external training programs

- Analyze and capture data on training effectiveness and look at various ways of continuous improvement

- Periodic reporting to senior leadership on training metrics and establishing client relationship

- Teams Performance Management, appraisal and development

- Resource planning, allocation and coordination

- Manage the Induction and Orientation process for New Hires
