Manager Learning & Development (L&D) for an MNC BPO in Hyderabad.
Job Description :
- Formulate and deploy the Learning strategy based on the business requirements of the centre for the benefit of employees in different job levels
- Evaluate training needs and deploy suitable training interventions (in alignment with Central Learning), plans or schedules to ensure employees receive the appropriate learning in all functional areas.
- Support and align with Learning Transformation initiatives developed at Group SD Central Learning team levels.
- Work closely with Central Learning team and all business areas within Hyderabad & Pune to provide the necessary consultation and solutions to address their learning and development requirements.
- Drive and monitor the development and delivery of all learning solutions to ensure quality and standards are maintained at all times for all target level audiences
- Ensure facilitation of workshops and training programmes for specific employee levels in Hyderabad and Pune.
- Develop consultancy approach with stakeholders by providing effective learning solutions when required.
- Coach, develop and guide the team of trainers & managers
- Manage and control all cost to ensure it remains within the limits of the department's Rolling Operating Plan (ROP)
- Oversee the daily operations of the L & D function ensuring all goals and objectives and met.
Skills & Experience :
- Graduate / P.G. having 10 - 18 years of work experience in L&D in a reputed MNC preferably from a BPO / KPO.
- Should have a strong base of conducting training's in Business Leadership.
- Should be handling a team of Managers & Trainers.
- Responsible for understanding the needs as required by the Management and develop training modules as per the requirements
- Should have interacted with stakeholders and have worked closely with them in meeting the needs of the business.
- Should be currently in a role where one is conducting leadership business training for professionals from Managerial to senior management grade.
- Should have very good relationship management skills in interacting with the business & stake holders.
