Manager - Learning & Development - BFSI/FMCG/Hospitality/Mfg - IIM/FMS/XLRI/TISS (3-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in the area of Organizational Development / Effectiveness & Leadership Development by helping create & execute a multi-year L&OD strategy for India.
- Conduct diagnosis, develop/design modules, enable delivery of modules, Feedback summarizing & improvements in adherence to the learning calendar. Create the Learning Road Map for all functions based on IDP / People Capability Matrix.
- Manage budgets & vendors, end to end administrative management of learning interventions for business stakeholders within the Companies Equity system & also to our Franchisee Business Partners.
- Collaborate with the Global L&OD team to build capability & rollout programs.
- Create HR strategy in line with Business strategy & execute the same. Work on strategic HR projects in PMS, Talent & Culture.
- Partner with Franchise partners to agree on - One system- creation & execution of Learning & OD Agenda.
EDUCATION: MBA (HR) from premium B School
EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
- Experience ranging from 4 - 5 years in developing and delivering interventions for the leadership team.
- Strong Coaching, Facilitation, Consulting and Presentation skills.
- Excellent Stakeholder management & Time Management
- Creative, Entrepreneurial & Great team player
