Job description:
- This role is primarily responsible for management of people development processes and creating a learning environment across the organization.
- Engage and influence business units in driving Learning and Development initiatives across locations.
- Understand CBA for trainings conducted.
- Comprehends the strategic role of L&D towards business
- Develop learning journey across organization.
- Understanding of technical, process and behavioral trainings.
- Evaluation metrics for L&D
- Devise and support Learning and Development strategies and design competency based initiatives.
- Conduct TNA to identify training gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Design, develop and deliver Behavioral / soft skills training programs as an internal trainer.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia aids and other educational material, etc.
- Designed, developed & implemented Induction training for the new joiners across locations.
- Design and implement IDP's (Individual Development Plan), MDP initiatives, Job enrichment Programs, etc
- Chart out monthly training calendars and communicate the same to all employees and evaluate effectiveness and identifying the re-training needs.
- Engage and influence business units in driving Learning and Development initiatives.
- Identify functional training needs and plans, drive, deliver and manage training courses and programs
- Design, Plan and execute specific Business unit requirements including Domain and Skill certification.
- Risk assessment and evaluation for external training vendors.
Desired:
- MBA in HR, with a dynamic personality and go-getter attitude with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Should be from the L&D background only
- Assertive, Matured and Optimistic individual
