Job title: Manager Learning and Development (training) Gurgaon
Roles and responsibilities:
- Drive all training within the centre with respect to On-boarding, Induction, Communication-related training etc
- Implement training in alignment with Learning & Development Strategy of the organization within prescribed budgets
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and business partners to implement training programmes, certifications, etc and improve employee engagement
Candidate Summary:
- Bachelors/Masters degree from a reputed institute
- 7-10 years experience in L&D and Training for a financial institution/KPO/ Financial services firm
- BFSI exposure is mandatory - Candidates must be serving a financial setup
