Position Statements :  Please note: Only female candidates can apply.  To encourage and promote the professional development of all employees in India, by :  - Identifying Learning needs for various business segments and functions in the company.  - Developing content and design with company HR Center of Expertise and external India consultants aligned to local learning needs  - Successful delivery and facilitation of a variety of internal and external training programs.   Duties And Responsibilities :  - Supports the creation, maintenance and delivery of the Annual Training Calendar  - Supports the management of all L&D services  - Actively promotes the global HR annual clock activities in company including Performance review, target setting, Annual Development Review Process  - Assists in conducting training needs analysis across all business segments   - Works closely with the L&D team members across the region ensuring consistency in processes and systems within the L&D Team  - Guides the direct team member in the consolidation of participant and customer feedback, maintenance of all L&D related Training records and followup processes  - Responsible to create customised Organisation Development Solutions based on business need  - Designs and delivers internal programs to address the needs identified by both our employees and the business  - Delivers global training programs (Centre of Expertise) to the business in a professional and positive manner (Performance Review & Development Review Sessions, Leadership portfolio, Employee Engagement Workshops)  - Able to facilitate customised workshops, business conferences and forums as required  - Manage L&D budgets at country level  - Manage summer trainees and Graduate engineer trainees program  - Manage New Employee Orientation program  Skills And Abilities :  - Excellent communication and facilitation skills  - Able to work with a variety of people, from front-line employees to Line Managers and Senior Management team  - Able to network well with key stakeholders both locally and with global organization  - Well networked with external training professionals in India   - Able to design and deliver professional training programs  - Promotes a professional image of the Region HR Team to both internal employees and external customers at all times  - Sound skills in using a range of computer applications, in particular Word and Power Point  - Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organisation  - Demonstrated organisational and time management skills  - Advanced communication and literacy skills  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team  - Ability to operate within a global, matrix environment  - Self motivated   - Should be willing to travel for 25-30% work time  Qualifications and Experience :  Essential :  - 7-12 years experience in HR function with minimum 5 years in a Training Department  - Training certifications eg. ISTD, Train the trainer from professional organizations, Disc profile, MBTI, 360 feedback etc  - Intermediate MS Excel; MS Word and MS Power Point  - Strong customer service skills  - Experience of handling competing priorities successfully  Desirable :  - Advanced MS Excel, MS Word and Power-point  - Minimum 3 years experience in a Managerial/ Supervisory role
