This Position is for Automotive Industry ( We are open from Any industry)
- Design, Develop, Conduct and Monitor Training Programs
- Design and deliver training; evaluate, measure & monitor training effectiveness.
- Design and Administer Pre and Post Training Assessment Tests for different levels of Professionals.
- Design and Develop Training Content for Trainings at different levels of Professionals
- Maintain MIS & Trackers
- Develop innovative methods of training and create benchmarks with the objective of building the required capabilities of our Human Resources
- Preparation of budget for all training programs and effectively managing the budget by reviewing at all the levels
- Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business / functional managers.
Mandatory :
Exposure in Training, Content Development
Initially 3 months Position ll based at Noida Than will shift to Chennai
