Role title : Manager - Leadership Hiring
- The Manager will be responsible for hiring senior level talent and will serve as consultant, partner on current business, market trends and assisting on both the strategic, tactical level.

- Sourcing best talent through social media, job boards, internet sourcing, employee
- Referral program & internal job postings and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle from understanding the requirement from the hiring manager, sourcing, managing the entire selection process, salary negotiations and making the offer
- Ensure timely and accurate tracking and recording of information in the recruiting database for positions and candidates
- Follow a systematic screening process of prospective candidates and provide insights to the hiring manager.
- Maintains accurate recruiting records and documentation and applicant records for statutory requirement of the applicants.
- Excellent educational credentials and impressive track record in recruitment and leadership hiring
- Effective communication skills and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible in terms of working time & role definitions/responsibilities and willing to go extra mile as needed to produce effective results as expected from this role
- Able to build and manage a team.
